  did not visit, rowdy bunch hangs out there after dark, sometimes. City park bathrooms are padlocked shut, day or night. There is dog feces at one end, and loud drunks or passed out people at other end. There is significant investment in a launching ramp that is poorly maintained, and an amphitheater at the other, also not well cared for. A nice bike and pedestrian trail borders grass area and is well used during daylight hours.
